Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026. Written to align with the UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL and India's DPDP Act; this page covers this website. The Evid.AI product has its own data-processing terms agreed with each customer.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your email, and optionally your name, phone number and organisation. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers.

What we do with it

We store your submission in our own database and email it to our team inbox for exactly one purpose: replying to you about Evid.AI. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where it lives and for how long

Submissions are stored in our production database and deleted when the conversation ends or after 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Access / correction — ask what we hold about you and correct it.
Erasure — ask us to delete your submission; we will, completely.
Objection — tell us to stop contacting you; one message is enough.

The product itself

Customer data inside the Evid.AI platform is isolated per tenant at the database layer, protected by a tamper-evident audit trail, and covered by clean-deletion procedures for whole tenants and individual data subjects (PDPL/DPDP right-to-erasure). Details are part of each customer agreement.
